Oh! New listings on Etsy!
I listed a couple new vintage pieces on etsy this week and a new, vampy necklace. I expect to have the rest of the necklaces pictured listed by the end of the weekend, but contact me if you're dying to have one sooner! xo
Oh My Goodness: Daniel Johnston Embroidery
Those of us who live in Austin are so familiar with Daniel Johnston's ubiquitous strange frog graffiti showing up on everything as an icon of our fair city. Yet, this beloved drawing had never been turned into an embroidery pattern until now. Love it!

Charming Blogs o' the Day
I love this site, where an illustrator with a unique style is attempting to illustrate Missed Connections. Very neat idea. Who hasn't wished for their very own once upon a time?
Otherwise, not too much time to explore today, but I also stumbled across the blog, The Hidden Seed, and am loving the illustrations, outfit ideas, and photos. (Makes me wish I could shop at Anthropologie.)
Also, plenty of eye candy and clean design to be found at All the Mountains.
(Last two discovered by way of Darling Dexter.)

Loving this Craft Swap: Materials for Tutorials
Over on Indie Finds on Etsy, I found this: an exchange program that lets crafters have free supplies in exchange for a producing a tutorial. Very cool.
South Austin Bohemia
I'm the girl behind SoCoDivka Designs on etsy. I also have a site at www.socodivkadesigns.com (as well as Facebook and Twitter, too).
I craft jewelry from vintage and vintage-style Lucite and acrylic flowers and beads inspired by a love of mid-century style and Bohemia. (I'm half Czech--it's in my blood!) I also create flowered & feathered hair accessories ... inspired by flappers, burlesque dancers, and pin-up girls of the past. I'm beginning to take custom orders, too. (Also, I take custom mosaic work, but that will be another blog!) And I will also list neat vintage finds I come across from time to time--like those cowboys boots I found to die for, three sizes too small!
I'd love to share with you my various finds and discoveries along this crafty journey.
